Repairs

As part of this extensive diagnosis, we will find the cause of crashes, lockups, unusual slowness or Internet problems. We will then fix the uncovered issues — including software repair and virus and spyware removal — plus clean your computer and optimize it for faster speed and better performance.

We will:

• Troubleshoot your computer
• Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.)
• Remove all viruses and spyware on the computer
• Apply all operating system critical updates
• Remove any unneeded startup items and unneeded programs
• Test operating system for proper functionality
• Conduct a physical cleaning of the computer
• Provide you with an estimated cost for any hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution, if necessary

Note: You must provide the restore/recovery disc(s) or operating system disc(s) if needed. Additional software or hardware not included.
